Private Events - How Do They Work?
Want a unique experience for a get-together? We would love to host your group!
Q: How many people qualify as a group?
A: 5! All students must be older than 9 years old to qualify.
Q: Do you offer a group discount?
A: Yes! We offer a 20% discount per student for groups of 5 or more!
Q: What classes do you recommend for groups, especially beginners?
A: Our 3-hour Blacksmithing Foundations class is always a hit! For a full-day, the KW Mini-Series is a student favorite. Browse our class catalog and see what piques your interest!
Q: How do I book my group?
A: We recommend reaching out via email! Here's a typical 2-5 day process:
- Use the Contact Form in the drop-down menu to reach out with your request. It's helpful if you include details such as: chosen class/project request, requested date/time, group headcount, and any accommodations you or a loved one might need.
- We'll check for date availability, confirm class details with you, and answer any questions. We're here to help!
- After confirmation, we'll send an invoice for your group. Once your group has paid, your class is locked in.
Q: I don't see what I want to make listed. Can I request a custom group class?
A: Absolutely! We love thinking outside-the-box! Use our Contact Form in the drop-down menu to message us and we'd be happy to talk through your project ideas with you.

We are proud to support our local military community!
Q: I'm a part of a military organization. Is my organization connected to Kilroy's?
A: We host monthly events with Wounded Warrior Project, Operation TBI Freedom, and River Deep Foundation. If you are a part of any of the named organizations and would like to attend an event, please reach out to your representative. If you're not sure who your representative is, contact us! We'll get you connected.
Q: My organization isn't listed (or I don't belong to one). Can I still bring in my own military group?
A: Definitely! You'll get 20% off tuition, too! Follow the booking guidelines for private groups above to start planning your event.
