How do I check out with a voucher?
On the checkout page, click the voucher button and enter your voucher code to save the amount. Then tick the Apply Voucher Balance to Total checkbox on the checkout page.
How do I cancel a class?
Click Find a class, select your location, then choose My Kilroy’s Classes from the dropdown menu. You’ll find all of your upcoming classes. Locate the class and click Cancel. The amount of the class is returned to your voucher balance.
Our cancellation policy: a full refund for all classes under $500 if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
Do you have private or group classes, and what do they cost?
Private classes are billed at $100 per hour. Group classes are the class cost less 20% for 5 or more registrants.
How do I prepare for class? What should I wear?
Wear closed-toe shoes, cotton clothing and jeans. No synthetics: they are flammable.
Do you offer military, first responder or teacher discounts?
We work with groups like Wounded Warrior Project, River Deep Foundation and The Station Foundation to provide free classes for veterans and active-duty service members. Send us a message to ask about a specific program.
