Is the printed certificate the gift card?
No. The voucher code is what holds the value, and it was emailed to you and shown on screen at checkout. The certificate is a keepsake that carries that code so it can be wrapped and given.
I refreshed or came back later and the fields are empty.
The link from checkout works once, for a short time. Open your confirmation email from register.kilroysworkshop.com, copy the voucher code and gift value into the form, and print. Nothing is charged by opening this page, and your voucher is unchanged.
Why does the gift value show double what I paid?
That’s the Christmas special: checkout doubles any amount up to $600, so $100 paid is $200 in class credit. The value shown here is the final gift value, already doubled. Don’t double it again.
How does the recipient use it?
They pick a class on Find a class, and at checkout click the voucher button, enter the code and tick Apply Voucher Balance to Total. The balance becomes credit on their account for any class, at any Kilroy’s location, and it never expires.
