Thank you for choosing to be a part of Kilroy's Workshop HSE, our school enrichment program, under ER BOCES. We receive state funding to support our programs and we are required to submit the information below. Education reEnvisioned Board of Cooperative Education Services (ER BOCES) is an authorizer of public educational programs to secure public funding for schools enrichment programs (https://www.edreenvisioned.org/). Simply put, Education reEnvisioned is a welcoming host to innovative, exceptional programs and schools. To complete your enrollment, this form must be completed for each student participating in the 25-26 school year (before they attend their first class).

All students must be 9 years old on or before October 1st of the year of enrollment Students who attend the Enrichment Program are registered with a school district with a Notice of Intent, taught by a parent who is a certified teacher or is enrolled with an independent (non-public) school.

Please note that HSEs are required to provide at least 90 hours of instruction time per semester. By enrolling your student in this program, you acknowledge that you will make an effort to attend every class. Extended absences need to be communicated to the program operator.

*Remember your child can only participate in one state funded program/school per year. Examples:

• Online Schools (Publicly Funded)
• Hybrid Online Schools
• Charter Schools
• Public Schools
• Another Enrichment Program

After you have submitted your enrollment form, a member of our team will contact you about completing any other enrollment forms/waivers.
